Healthy Teeth, Happy Smiles!

Wouldn’t you like your children to grow up cavity-free & with no fear of visiting the dentist? At Clínica Dental el Puerto, so would we! We are very proud to have developed our new dental education programme for kids, which has three main objectives:
To educate our younger patients how to care for their teeth with oral hygiene and dietary advice.
To motivate them to put what they have learned into practice.
To do so in a fun environment, where they will hopefully grow into confident young adult patients with no anxieties about dental visits.
Children attend in pre-booked groups of 6 - 8 to our Saturday morning ‘Training Academy’ where they are given their basic training to become ‘Tooth Cadets’, (the ‘training’ lasts for approximately 15 minutes).

And 3 more good reasons to become Tooth Cadets!

On fissure sealants to help protect newly erupted adult molars
On x-rays
On childrens’ oral hygiene products
Why wait! Call now to find out more information.

They will then see one of our dentists for their ‘Teeth Inspection’ before being issued with their ‘Tooth Cadet Training Certificate’. Once they become qualified ‘Tooth Cadets’, they will attend normally every 6 months (unless otherwise advised)  for follow-up training programmes and a routine inspection.

If they have no new cavities at subsequent inspections, they will  be featured on our ‘No Cavities/ No New Cavities’ wall-of-fame!

Our ‘Tooth Cadet’ training programme is available for all children up to 12 years old, and you only need to pay their normal check-up fee! And even better news for our ‘Junior Tooth Cadets’.  Membership is awarded to Cadets of 5 years & under, and it’s absolutely free! Why not let your child have a look at our Kidz Club page designed specially  for kids and start them on the quest for better oral health.
